What is Mitos?
Mitos is a connection between a business's own data and the AI assistant it uses (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor), read-only by default. Technically, it is a hosted MCP server: ChatGPT and Claude add it as a custom connector, Claude Code and Cursor as an MCP server, then read the Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and SEO provider data the business chooses. They change nothing unless an owner or admin allows it for that source, and anything that would go live waits for a person's approval. It has no AI model of its own: your AI assistant writes every answer.
Is it free?
Yes, to start. The free plan gives you 50 actions a day for one organization, with no card. Paid plans for busier sites and agencies add more actions and organizations.
How do I install it?
Press Start free and type your site's address: we open your site's own plugin page, ready to install Mitos. Activate it, add Mitos to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor, and ask it to connect your site. You approve the connection on WordPress's own screen, without typing a password.
Can the AI change my live shop without me?
No. Every source is read-only by default, and an owner or admin can allow changes per source. New WordPress content is created as a draft, and publishing, prices, stock or Google Analytics changes wait for a person's approval, in the chat where your AI assistant supports it, otherwise in Mitos. Every change is logged.
Does it work with myDATA and my courier?
Yes, for Greek and Cypriot WooCommerce shops. It creates ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki and Speedex (beta) vouchers directly, or BOX NOW, Courier Center, ACS and Geniki Taxydromiki vouchers through the courier plugin you already use, accepts Skroutz Last Mile orders and reads each order's myDATA MARK the way Primer, Workadu and Oxygen keep it. Courier credentials are entered in wp-admin and stay on your site.
Do I need to know Google Analytics?
No. You ask in plain words and the AI assistant picks the report it needs. The only choice you make is which properties are read, and the site each one is for.
I manage several clients. How does that work?
Create one organization per client and connect that client's sources to it. In your AI assistant, each connection is authorized for one organization, so a second client means a second connection.
Does it work on a WordPress site without a shop?
Yes. The Mitos plugin works on any WordPress site: posts, pages, media, comments and drafts. WooCommerce adds the shop, with products, orders and stock. Without WooCommerce there is simply no shop data.
In the app the connection is called WordPress, and it works on a site without a shop too. It needs the Mitos plugin on the site, connected in one click from the Mitos app.
Do you support Shopify?
Not yet. Shopify is coming next, together with monitoring and alerts. A Shopify store can already connect Google Analytics and Search Console.
