After you connect
In ChatGPT, sources you connect later appear once you refresh the app's actions in its settings.
Approving changes
When a change needs approval, the Mitos panel opens right in the chat: see the preview and choose Approve or Decline. Site-wide changes also ask for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app or email, as an extra check that it's really you.
An organization owner can turn approval in the chat off in Mitos, under Settings. ChatGPT then gives you a link to approve in Mitos.
One organization per connection
Each connection answers for one organization, the one you choose when you connect. For a second business, add Mitos again and choose that one.
Sources you connect later appear without connecting again.
What it can change
- Every source is read-only by default.
- Changes to Google Analytics or a WordPress site happen only once an owner or admin allows them.
- New content starts as a draft, and anything that would go live waits for your approval, right in the chat or in the Mitos dashboard.
- Every change is logged, and WordPress changes can be undone.
If something does not work
- If you see a page saying the app is not recognised, remove Mitos from the AI assistant and add it again.
- If an answer says a source needs reconnecting, open Connections in Mitos and reconnect it.
- If a source is missing, check that a property or site is chosen for it in Connections.
