How to connect it
Create an integration in Magento
In the Magento admin, create an integration and copy its access token.
Connect the store in Mitos
Create your organization at app.sar-soft.com. Add your store address, the access token and, if you need one, a store view code. The app warns you that customer records will be readable.
Add Mitos to your AI assistant
Add https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp, the Mitos MCP server address, as a custom connector in ChatGPT (with developer mode turned on) or Claude, or as an MCP server in Claude Code or Cursor. Check which plans can add it below the steps.
Authorize your organization
Sign in to Mitos when asked and choose the organization ChatGPT or Claude may read.

What to know
- Magento is the one source where ChatGPT or Claude can read customer names, emails and order history. The app warns you before you connect.
- Order totals from Magento add up every order in the period, cancelled ones included, unless the AI assistant filters by order status. Check sales totals in Magento itself.
- There is no low-stock question for Magento yet.
- The AI assistant only reads. It cannot create, edit or cancel orders, products or customers.
- Answers come from ChatGPT or Claude and can be wrong or incomplete.
