Steps: Couriers · Cursor

  1. Connect Couriers in Mitos

It comes with the WordPress connection: the Mitos plugin on your WooCommerce shop, connected in one click.

Courier credentials stay on the site; Mitos never sees them.

    The step-by-step guide
  2. Add Mitos to Cursor

What you need: The Cursor editor installed on your computer.

What to add to Cursor's mcp.json
    { "mcpServers": { "mitos": { "url": "https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp" } } }
    1. Add the server. Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json for every project, or .cursor/mcp.json in one project, add { "mcpServers": { "mitos": { "url": "https://mcp.sar-soft.com/mcp" } } } and save. If the file already lists servers, put mitos inside mcpServers next to them.
    2. Sign in. Open Cursor's settings, find mitos among the MCP servers and choose to sign in next to it. Cursor opens Mitos in your browser.
    3. Choose your business. Sign in or create an account, check that the page says an app on this computer is asking for access, choose the organization and select Authorize.

  3. Ask your first question

In Cursor's chat, ask in plain language. By default, Cursor asks for your approval before it uses an MCP tool.

    Example question

Tell me which couriers Mitos can make vouchers with on my shop and whether each is set up.

Approving changes

Cursor has no Mitos approval panel. By default, a change that needs approval comes through Cursor's own approval prompt: it asks you to allow the sar_confirm_approval tool from Mitos. Allow it only for a change you asked for. If your organization has turned this off, the answer gives you a link to approve it in Mitos.

If you set Cursor to run that tool automatically, it stops asking. That is why an organization owner can require a 6-digit code on top, in Mitos, under Settings: Require a 6-digit code in apps without a panel.

One organization per connection

Each connection answers for one organization, the one you choose when you connect. For a second business, add Mitos again and choose that one.

Sources you connect later appear without connecting again.

What it can change

  • Every source is read-only by default.
  • Changes to Google Analytics or a WordPress site happen only once an owner or admin allows them.
  • New content starts as a draft, and anything that would go live waits for your approval, through Cursor's approval prompt or in the Mitos dashboard.
  • Every change is logged, and WordPress changes can be undone.

If something does not work

  • If you see a page saying the app is not recognised, remove Mitos from the AI assistant and add it again.
  • If an answer says a source needs reconnecting, open Connections in Mitos and reconnect it.
  • If a source is missing, check that a property or site is chosen for it in Connections.
