Not necessarily. The check looks at what can be seen from inside WordPress, such as IRIS, the withdrawal button, VAT and cookies, and says how sure it is of each finding. It is not legal advice: your lawyer and accountant have the last word.
Yes. The shop check knows Cypriot VAT and the same EU consumer rules, and legal pages can be drafted under Cypriot law. myDATA and IRIS apply to Greece only.
No. Reduced island VAT is for businesses established there; a mainland shop charges island customers the normal rate. Confirm it with your accountant.
No. The automated scan finds part of the problems and says how many need a person to check. It is a good first step, not a certification.
