What Mitos does
Mitos is a connection between a business's own data and the AI assistant it uses (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor), read-only by default. Technically, it is a hosted MCP server: ChatGPT and Claude add it as a custom connector, Claude Code and Cursor as an MCP server, then read the Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and SEO provider data the business chooses. They change nothing unless an owner or admin allows it for that source, and anything that would go live waits for a person's approval. You connect those sources at app.sar-soft.com, choose one site or store for each WordPress or Magento connection and the Google properties you want, and authorize ChatGPT or Claude to read one organization.
Mitos has no AI model of its own, and no dashboards or reports. ChatGPT or Claude writes the answer, and Mitos fetches the data, read-only by default. Your own team uses it. Your website visitors never see it.
How it started
Mitos started as a tool we used every day on a live WordPress and WooCommerce store. Design partners then shaped it on their own data, and today anyone can sign up.
Who builds it
Panagiotis Saridis (Panos Saridis) is the founder and software developer at SAR-SOFT. He designs and builds web and e-commerce systems with WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js and Laravel, along with analytics integrations. He also writes and reviews the guides on this site.
How it is used today
You sign up yourself at app.sar-soft.com and start free, with no card. You connect your first source and ask ChatGPT or Claude your first question within minutes.
Early design partners, small online shops and agencies, shaped it by using it on their own data and telling us what works.
- WordPress and WooCommerce connect in one click through the Mitos plugin, Google Analytics and Search Console in a few clicks, and Magento with an integration access token.
- You talk directly to the people building it: write to [email protected] or use the contact page.
- Your feedback shapes what comes next, including Shopify and monitoring with alerts.
- It is an early service, with no uptime guarantee (SLA) yet.
Principles
These principles guide the product and this website.
- Read-only by default. Nothing changes unless an owner or admin allows it for that source, and anything that would go live waits for a person's approval.
- Show exactly what is read. For each source we describe what the AI assistant can reach, including customer records in Magento.
- Label what is live and what is next. Shopify and monitoring with alerts stay marked as coming next until they work.
