What to know
- Sales totals and low-stock lists come from WooCommerce. Magento has no low-stock question, and its order totals include cancelled orders unless filtered by order status.
- WooCommerce order data never includes customer contact details. A Magento connection lets the AI assistant read customer names, emails and order history.
- Shopify is not available yet. It is coming next.
- Sales figures in GA4 can differ from your store's own totals, for example when visitors decline analytics cookies. Check sales totals in the store.
- Answers come from ChatGPT or Claude and can be wrong or incomplete.

Do I need to connect all three sources?
No. Each source works on its own. Questions that mix sales with visits or searches need the matching sources connected.
My store runs on Shopify. Can I use Mitos?
