A new scheduled email, made switched off (no approval): title, trigger {period: days, compare: before|after, field: check-in|check-out}, recipients (customer, admin, custom), custom_emails, accommodation_type_ids (none: all), skip_late_bookings, subject, header, message (HTML with Hotel Booking's tags, no scripts).
Change a scheduled email (the fields of wordpress_hotel_booking_create_notification; send only what changes).
Switch a scheduled email on (needs the user's approval at the highest level: the preview names the bookings the next run emails) or off (approval).
Notifier add-on: the scheduled emails (e.g. arrival instructions 2 days before check-in), each with when it goes out, to whom (guest, hotel, other addresses), for which accommodation types, its wording, and whether it is on; the last and next run (every 6 hours).
Send a scheduled email now to one booking's recipients (booking_id: approval at the highest level, cannot be undone), or test true: a sample to the hotel's address (approval).
