Questions
How does the free trial work?
You start on the free plan and, whenever you like, try Pro for 14 days, once, without a card. Afterwards you are back on the free plan unless you choose one. Nothing is disconnected.
What is an action?
One tool call that reached a source, for example a report from Google Analytics. A tool that asks several sources at once counts once per source. Tools that only show what is connected do not count.
What happens when the day's actions run out?
Your AI assistant is told the day's limit was reached and when it resets, at midnight UTC. Nothing is disconnected.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. SAR-SOFT is a Greek business: every payment gets an invoice (for businesses) or a receipt (for individuals), sent to AADE through myDATA with its MARK. You give your billing details before the first payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing settings. Your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on the free plan.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays as it is for 7 days so you can update your card. After that the free plan's limits apply, and no connection is lost.
