A new SMS notification, made switched off (no approval): title, event (scheduled, booking_placed, booking_confirmed, booking_canceled, payment_completed), trigger for scheduled ones {period, compare, field}, recipients (customer, admin), accommodation_type_ids, message (with tags such as %customer_first_name%; 160 characters per SMS).
Change an SMS notification (the fields of wordpress_hotel_booking_create_sms_notification; send only what changes).
Switch an SMS notification on (needs the user's approval at the highest level; for a scheduled one the preview names the bookings the next run reaches) or off (approval).
