Update WordPress itself, with a fresh backup taken first

Tell me which WordPress version my site runs and which one is offered. Check when the last successful backup was; if it is older than [hours, e.g. 12 hours], take a new one labelled 'Before updating WordPress to [version]' and wait until it is done. Then update WordPress to that exact version, follow the update until it finishes and tell me whether the site still loads. If a database update is pending afterwards, ask me before running it.

If Mitos is already in your AI assistant, this is enough:
Back up, then update WordPress to [version] and tell me if the site still loads.
What happens
- The AI assistant lists the updates WordPress knows of, with the version you are on and the one offered.
- It reads which backup plugin the site uses and how old the last good backup is.
- If it is too old, a new backup waits for your approval, then runs in the background; the AI assistant follows it until it is done.
- The WordPress update is approved with a 6-digit code as an extra check that it's really you, and runs on the site; the AI assistant follows it to the end and checks the site still loads.
- If WordPress asks for its database step afterwards, that waits for your approval too.

What you get
WordPress up to date, with a backup from minutes before. Mitos cannot undo an update and never restores; if something goes wrong, a person restores from the backup in wp-admin.
