A fresh backup before moving your site to a new address
Take a full backup with your own backup plugin, wait for it to finish, then move the site to its new domain or to https:// with a 6-digit code.

I'm moving my site from [old address] to [new address], which already points at this server. Tell me when my last good backup was, then take a full backup labelled [Before the move] once I approve, and tell me when it has finished. Only then move the site to the new address once I approve. Afterwards tell me what is left to do, such as old links inside content.

If Mitos is already in your AI assistant, this is enough:
Take a full backup, then move my site to [new address] once I approve.
What happens
- The AI assistant reads your backup plugin and the age of the last good backup.
- Taking a full backup of the database and files waits for your approval, in the chat where your AI assistant supports it, otherwise in Mitos, then runs in the background with your backup plugin.
- It follows the backup until it is done or has failed; a large site can take many minutes.
- Moving the site is approved with a 6-digit code as an extra check that it's really you, and refused until the site answers at the new address. It can be undone.
- Links inside content still point to the old address; replacing them is a separate step.

What you get
The site at its new address, with a full backup from just before the move. Mitos never restores a backup; a person does that in wp-admin.
