A page your agency prepared, approved by the client
Write a page as a draft for a client, send them the preview, and let an owner or admin on their side approve publishing it.
- Difficulty
- Intermediate
- Time
- about 15 min
On [client site], write a draft page [New services for 2027] from these notes: [notes]. Give me a preview link to send the client. Then ask to publish it on [date and time] and show me the approval request: [client contact], who is an admin of their organization in Mitos, will approve it. Check the approval's status when I ask, and once it is approved, schedule the page.
Already connected?
If Mitos is already in your AI assistant, this is enough:
Draft [page] for this client, give me a preview link, and ask for their approval to publish.
What happens
- The AI assistant writes the page as a draft; nothing is published.
- It gives you a preview link that shows the draft to anyone, without logging in, for an hour.
- Publishing needs approval: it shows the request in the chat with a button that opens Mitos. Showing it approves nothing.
- An owner or admin of the client's organization approves or rejects it in the chat where their AI assistant supports it, otherwise in Mitos. Your AI assistant checks the status and, once approved, publishes or schedules the page.
